Dear participants,
ERSAF (the Italian Regional Agency for Services to Agriculture and Forestry) hereby informs you that, to take part in the “FOTOGRAFARE IL PARCO” contest, the interested parties should provide their data.
Any refusal or incorrect and/or partial provision of data will make it impossible for you to take part in the contest.
The data requested when registering for the "FOTOGRAFARE IL PARCO" contest will be processed for the management of the correct participation in the contest only, as per the regulations, i.e., for registration, identification of the winners and of the authors of the photos on the different occasions in which they will be exhibited or published.
If the participant is a minor, explicit consent must be given for all processing of his/her data.
In the case of participation of an adult, on the other hand, for the above purposes, the signature of acknowledgement of receipt of this information will be deemed sufficient and an explicit and separate consent, revocable at any time, will be required only for the use of contact details for sending communications on events and initiatives carried out by the organizers.
To guarantee the data confidentiality, appropriate organisational and IT security measures will be applied, and their evidence will be set out in specific documents drawn up by ERSAF. No automated decision-making process (profiling) will be performed on them.
The data will also be kept confidential according to the purposes of the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 on the protection of persons who report breaches of law (so-called whistleblowing), unless prior and specific consent to disclosure.
The personal data (namely, name, surname, postal and telephone number, e-mail address) may be transmitted to other organisers, i.e., to the following National Parks: Stelvio National Park, Gran Paradiso National Park Authority, Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park and Parc national de la Vanoise. These Authorities have been duly appointed as External Data Processors, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 28 of the GDPR.
Apart from this specifically regulated hypothesis, the data will not be transferred to third parties and will not be forwarded to recipients residing in countries outside the European Union or to international organisations.
The data will be kept for 10 years after their acquisition.
The data related to the winners will be published in the “transparent administration” section of the ERSAF's institutional website, where they will remain for 5 years from the date of publication, according to the corresponding regulations.
Should we receive an order from you to stop the processing of event promotion communications, this will be promptly carried out and you will be provided with appropriate confirmation.
